New Installation

1. Copy License key provided in E-Mail, If you are not able to find license key please contact us 
2. Click on this Link to download VIPRE Advanced Security
   • VIPRE Advanced Security Installer for Mac
   • VIPRE Advanced Security Installer for Windows
3. Open the downloaded file, double click to open it.
4. Click YES on User Account Control window
5. Enter your Product Key then click Agree and Continue
6. Now the Vipre software will automatically scan your device
7. VIPRE will now begin Installing Click “ Continue to VIPRE” to launch VIPRE

Renewal

1. Copy License key provided in E-Mail, If you are not able to find license key please contact us 
2. Open VIPRE by clicking on the VIPRE icon on your desktop, then click the Account tab.
3. In the Product Key section, click on the word Change.
4. In the Change Product Key window, type in your 25-character product key.
5. Once the key is entered, click the Save & Close button.
6. Your VIPRE Advanced Security Subscription is now active and display the new expiration date.
