New Installation

1. Copy License key provided in E-Mail, If you are not able to find license key please contact us 
2. Click here to download Bitdefender Premium VPN for Mac
3. Open the downloaded file, then click Continue, Follow the installation steps. Click ‘Continue‘ twice.
4. Read & accept the software license agreement by clicking ‘Agree‘, then Click ‘Install‘.
5. Enter admin credentials, then click ‘Install Software‘.
6. Allow Bitdefender’s system extension by following security prompts.
7. Access the VPN via the shield icon on the menu bar, Click ‘Sign in‘ to Bitdefender Central account or create an account.
8. Then Select ‘I have an Activation Code‘.
9. Enter activation code received via email and click the Activate Code button.
10. Congratulations, Bitdefender Premium VPN is now installed & activated.

Renewal

1. Copy License key provided in E-Mail, If you are not able to find license key please contact us 
2. Click cogwheel & Go to My Account from the VPN interface.
3. Click Add it here, next to – Have an activation code?
4. Enter activation code received via email & click Activate Code.
5. Congratulations, Bitdefender Premium VPN is now activated.
