In order to activate Bitdefender Family Pack for iOS please follow the steps below:
How to Activate:
Please note that in order to activate Bitdefender Family Pack on your iPHONE/iPAD , you need to download the Bitdefender Mobile Security app.
New Installation
- Copy License key provided in E-Mail, If you are not able to find license key please contact us
- Click here to download Bitdefender Mobile Security app for iOS
- Open the app and tap ‘Get started’. Check the box and select ‘Continue’ to agree to the Subscription Agreement.
- Sign in to your Bitdefender Central account using your username and password.
- Turn on Web Protection in Bitdefender Mobile Security by tapping the ‘Web Protection’ icon.
- Tap ‘I Agree’ then Tap ‘Allow’ to install the web scan filter.
- If your device has an authentication method (fingerprint or PIN Code), use it.
- Wait for Web Protection to enable.
- Bitdefender Mobile Security for iOS is now installed on your device.
Renewal
- Copy License key provided in E-Mail, If you are not able to find license key please contact us
- Go to https://central.bitdefender.com/ and log in or create an account.
- Once signed in, click “Activate Your Subscription.” If another subscription is already active in your Central account, go to the “My Subscriptions” panel on the left side and click “+ Activate with code.”
- Enter the activation code from the confirmation email you received after purchasing Bitdefender.
- Click “Activate.”
- Choose whether to add a new subscription or extend your current one, then press “Confirm Activation.”
- Your subscription is now active in your Bitdefender Central account.
